our space is an extension of ourselves.

I love to take notes, draw, and express myself on paper. The act of getting something tangible down in front of me has been rewarding, challenging, surprising, and overall incredibly therapeutic. My intangible thoughts, emotions, ideas, and goals can be given life as they take form on paper.

My expressions serve me best when they surround me. The goal that I adopted was to show myself progress and not to focus too much on perfection. Letting go of my expectations and accepting my imperfections has helped me to love myself for who I am and forgive myself for not being perfect.

be inspired.

The journey is what I am after! In no way have I arrived and by surrounding myself with my expressions I am able to get a continual snapshot of my journey. Everything around me serves as a reminder and a motivator as I allow myself to be inspired to continue to create.
